Tempest Flowers started in my flower garden which was left a little unattended while my home was being renovated. I had to do something with the cacophony of blooms exploding from the garden, so this small business was started to sell them - mainly to supplement the purchase of future flower bulbs and stock! These small bouquets proved so popular that after the season was over, the requests for fresh flowers kept coming in. Relationships with suppliers in Vancouver were established, flowers flown in as freight and a year-round floristry business emerged!
